How do you make home made rice wine??

Wahhh I like foochow mee sua

glutinous rice + rice cake (酒饼) + red glutinous rice + water = rice wine + a lot of ang zao to cook

let it ferment for 2 months

go to the mc crap website and lodge online complaint.

I've done so a few times and they are always very fast to respond and remedy the situation. Every single time I got a complimentary meal on them.

they discovered sugar = alcohol content.. so they added a crapload of extra sugar..

but sugar = fermentation and carbon dioxide..

so all the bottles exploded in the shed
